Rinse and dry rib With the paper towel. Remove thin membrane from back of ribs. Marinate it with the Olive Oil Oregano, salt and pepper to taste, for at Least 24 hours. Then, mix seasonings and rub it, wrap ribs in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or more. Preheat the oven or grill to medium heat, and cooking for 8 hours turning occasionally. Cover the ribs with our fabulous Blueberry BBQ Sauce and enjoy.
