Frozen breaded tilapia
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cube of chicken stock
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
2 tablespoon of Blueberry BBQ Sauce
Chop the onion and cook in butter until tender, dissolve bouillon chicken in 2 tablespoons of warm water, add with the mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes.
Fry the Tilapia in oil (deep fried). Serve with the mushrooms and the Blueberry BBQ Sauce.
