Cut almost all the cherry tomatoes in half. Place lettuce leaves along a flat bowl and add whole tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. With scissors cut the salmon into strips and distribute it over the tomatoes, add shrimp.
Mix mustard, sugar, vinegar and oil in a small bowl and then add almost all sprigs of dill. Mix the dressing and pour over salad. Stir thoroughly to soak it well. Cut the remaining dill over the salad and season to taste with pepper.
